Sustainable interior decorating

Just as the IPCC ‘Climate Wake-up call report’ is published this morning, I thought I would repost an updated version of this blog from January 2020. It feels like a drop in the ocean perhaps but every little helps, I hope.

Adopting sustainable interior decorating ideas really doesn’t mean that ‘style’ has to exit stage left! Quite the contrary. I believe a new sustainable approach based on a few old school values means that interior style is having a healthy rejig. Lockdown interior decorating ideas

Spring/Summer 21 interior designs offer more than a little playful joie de vivre for any lockdown decorating plans you might have. No surface has been left untouched with decorative tromp l’oeil and room wrap-around wallpaper. Best in Show at the House and Garden Festival 2018 London

London is packed with inspirational art and interior design exhibitions at this time of year.ย  You really have to put on your jogging shoes to keep up with them all but there are a few I really don’t like to miss and The House and Garden Festivalย  (incorporating The Art & Antiques Fair) is one of them. This year’s show didn’t disappoint.
